Every day is a good day

Every day is a good day is a simple topic, but very few people know its real meaning. The “good day” does not refer to a nice day as compared to a bad day. It means the absolute. Every day is a good day but when I’m experiencing a day full of frustrations, I don’t call it a bad day; I just call it an “interesting” day.
This habit keeps me from being overwhelmed, with negative emotions. I try to monitor myself when I’m feeling bad so I can avoid the stress.

To me every day is fresh and new just as one’s life is new each day. Every day is a good day, but the good is not of one’s own making. It is good in the original, or absolute, sense rain or shine, war or peace, sickness or health. The past is only reference; the future is only hope. Today is real.
Our greatest strengths are our greatest weaknesses

We are all born with strengths and weaknesses into this world, each with only one God given intellectual strength and that is the capacity to learn. As we journey throughout our lives. Another thing is that we often hear from people about one’s strengths and weakness! It is highly debatable but I do agree with this statement, strengths are strengths and they are always good but I don’t believe that the weakness we have is also good equally.

My greatest strength is that I am very honest and a self-starter. Now you might be thinking how on earth can someone be too honest, but the truth is it has got me into trouble plenty of times, I have no poker face so if someone asks me what my thoughts and opinions are on assignments I just explain everything and I ended up giving them my answers. Another of my greatest strengths and weaknesses is my ability to continuously speak out of my mind. Being honest to yourself and others is the best way.
Try a cliché

I'm bit confused about clichés.  In my opinion, there are great books written by South African writers and they are based on a clichés. There's no such thing as an original plot anymore, but that's ok. Clichés are most enjoyed if the writer is good with words, and some people even enjoy writing twists in the plot-lines that they weren't expecting. So, basically, my response is that if writers want to write about a cliché, either post twists on twitter they have to be good in writing but if they are not good they have to practice because practice makes perfect. People use cliché to threaten, motivate, praise and to express their feelings. But because people get used to the words in a cliché, they ignore the content and the meaning behind what is being said… Pay attention to small details and try listening to the message behind a cliché…or try a cliché yourself!!!
Feelings follow behaviour

All too often we let our emotions rule our lives, it is important to be aware of your own behaviour as it can activate feelings not only in yourself but also in others. I always try to treat a person around me as I want to be treated which means I am able to control my feeling.  The question that we have to ask ourselves is, are we able to rule or control our emotions for that matter.  Females have high than males and their emotions can be effected by the smallest of things returning the biggest explosion on that smirky unhelpful shop assistant.

Every example that I’ve mentioned above relates to some variety of behaviour change. Do feelings follow behaviour or does behaviour follow feeling? Your feelings are directly associated with your behavior. If you want to control your feelings you must also change your behavior.  You can control your thoughts and feelings if you will take my advice.
